Zukini Simple Salad Bowl

Ingredients ?

  • Zukini 
  • Tomato 
  • Corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • Low Fat Milk (any kind of milk)
  • 100 gr Chicken Breast
  • Chedar Cheese
  • Garlic 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Canola Oil (You can use olive oil or other)

How to make it ?

  1. Cut zukini and tomato into dice , shave corn and mixing together 
  2. Choping garlic and separately 
  3. Cut 100 gr Chicken Breast into small dice and marinated with little bit salt, sugar, and pepper 
  4. In another bowl crack 2 eggs and add some Low Fat Milk and mixing together 
  5. Add grated Chedar Cheese and mixing together 
  6. Preheat non sticky pan with low fire 
  7. Add little bit of Canola oil (You can use another kind oil) into it
  8. Saute Garlic and add marinated chicken breast, make sure you cook the chicken until well done 
  9. Add mixing vegertable and stir together 
  10. After that Pour the the eggs-milk and add on little bit Chedar Cheese on top 
  11. Pot lid and wait little bit until the Cheese melt 
  12. Plating it with any kind of your favorite Sauce and you can add your favorite topping into it
  13. Ready to serve
